Nicolas Vinot

After launching his first project in Paris at age 24, converting a 300 year old water mill into a working micro hydro power plant, Nicolas applied the same analytical mindset to real estate in Detroit.

Each property is managed like a business: cash flow optimized, risk quantified, performance tracked with real time analytics.

Over the past decade he has built and managed a portfolio of more than 120 multifamily units near Detroit as of 2024.

Before founding misterdata, he led analytics initiatives in finance and operations at General Motors.

Outside work he creates short films with his wife, their two sons, and their two Chihuahua dogs.
